Half-Day Activate Your Life Workshop

This four-hour workshop offers the same tools and teachings as our full-day workshop in a condensed format. It is ideally-suited for those who desire a more economical and faster-paced option. In the first two hours we focus on your Zone of Brilliance. We teach you to resource your inner strengths, tap into your clues to talent, embody and fine-tune your Life Vision Statement, and wrap it all together to create actionable strategies to attain those goals from your Life Vision Statement and step into your full potential.

In the second two-hour session, we dive into several exercises to help you live in closer alignment with your true desires and beliefs. Through guided visualizations, we help you to experientially access your Zone of Authenticity, a space in which the person you are truly matches the life you’re living, and we briefly explore some of the limiting beliefs that have been keeping you from having full clarity about who you are. Finally, we work with you to begin creating a powerful narrative of growth, so that you can feel empowered to take the next steps toward your most fulfilling and authentic life.
